Vienna, VA, United States (AHN Entertainment) – If you’re looking for a new destination for vacation this summer, you’re in luck. Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G) has announced its Safety Approval given by the FAA Office of Commerical Space Transportation.
The approval was granted on April 20 and will last for five years. ZERO-G can now offer “reduced gravity parabolic flight profiles” to those who meet the training requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations.
The company’s president, Terese Brewster, expressed her feelings on the approval. “ZERO-G is pleased to have been granted this Safety Approval issued by the FAA for suborbital spaceflight training.”
Brewster added, “Parabolic flight will be an integral training system for crew and passengers in the growing suboribital market.”
This approval is not only having postive effects on crewmembers and passengers, but also science in general. Brewster said, “The company also offers the scientific community the opportunity to reduce the risk of experiment failure prior to launch.”
