The president will be at USC on Friday in support of U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer’s reelection bid. As during his visit in August, traffic is expected to be gnarly. President Obama will return to Los Angeles on Friday, and the city is bracing for a repeat of extreme gridlock because of his visit.
